The River Room provides gentle, non-invasive experiences thoughtfully designed to support your nervous system and encourage whole-body restoration. While most individuals find these sessions deeply calming and beneficial, some tools may not be appropriate for everyone, and certain adjustments may be recommended based on individual needs.

Before your session, we’ll discuss any relevant health history so we can tailor your experience appropriately.

We may modify or omit certain tools if you:

  • Neurosculpting combines non-invasive neurotechnology tools with guided brain-based practices designed to support neuroplasticity, stress recovery, cognitive flexibility, vagal tone, and overall nervous system health. Each session thoughtfully blends science-informed modalities, offering gentle, layered support to help the brain and body shift away from chronic stress patterns and create new, more adaptive pathways toward regulation and resilience.

Each tool offers a slightly different pathway to support your system. Some work directly with brainwave regulation, others with vagal nerve tone, and others with cognitive flexibility or sensory integration. When combined thoughtfully, they create a multi-layered experience that helps interrupt chronic stress loops and gently guide your nervous system toward greater balance — safely, effectively, and in your own time. Sessions include both guided protocols and unhurried integration time, allowing your system to process, settle, and recalibrate at its own pace.

  • Each session is thoughtfully customized and may include one or more of the following non-invasive technologies:

    Brainwave Entrainment & Guided Relaxation:

    • BrainTap — Audio-guided brainwave entrainment to support relaxation, stress reduction, and cognitive flexibility.

    • NuCalm — Sensory entrainment that promotes deep relaxation and nervous system down-regulation.

    Visual Stimulation & Neuroplasticity Support:

    • NeuroVizr — Gentle light-based stimulation designed to support neuroplasticity, cognitive flexibility, and stress recovery.

Vagal Tone & Nervous System Regulation:

    • Sensate — Resonance-based vagus nerve stimulation designed to promote calm and support autonomic balance.

    • Pulsetto — Targeted vagus nerve stimulation to assist with regulation of stress response and recovery from chronic dysregulation.

    Biofeedback, Assessment & Neurofeedback:

    • Mendi — Neurofeedback designed to support focus, cognitive performance, and self-regulation through real-time brain blood flow monitoring.

    • NeuroChek — Heart rate variability and nervous system assessment to help guide care and track nervous system patterns.

    Sensory Soothing & Emotional Regulation:

    • TouchPoints — Bilateral alternating tactile stimulation to help reduce anxious activation and support emotional regulation.

All tools are fully adjustable and may be modified or omitted to meet your individual needs, comfort, and preferences.
