Side by side, you’ll settle into zero-gravity heated massage loungers ~ each cocooned in warmth, soft textures, and curated soundscape to soothe the weariest spirit. Advanced neuro-sensory tools gently guide your systems into a state of calm and balance, while aromatherapy and ambient light invite the senses to soften.
To begin or close your time together, you’ll share in our Blooming Tea Ritual ~ a slow sensory ceremony where handcrafted blossoms unfurl in glass teapots, marking the moment with beauty, intention, and ease.

Individual and Group Private Sessions are available.
We will work together with you to develop a highly personalized program with our body oriented approach to recovery and resilience. Your class will be taught at your own pace and can be provided individually or in a small group setting with trusted peers.

22 Veterans, Active-Duty Military, Guard & Reserve members succumb to the war within themselves and take their lives every day. The risk for suicide is 22% higher among Veterans compared with US civilian adults. One in three Veterans experience some form of PTSD whether formally diagnosed or not. Studies have shown that yoga & meditation can be effective tools to help cope with the symptoms of PTSD.
