You’re invited to settle into one of the luxurious loungers as warmth, gentle weight, and curated soundscapes wrap around you. An offering of White Mountain spring water and calming teas invites a moment to pause quietly, to sip, to slow and to settle.

Layered within the sensory ease are evidence informed tools: brainwave entrainment, neurofeedback, vagus nerve stimulation, breath and heart rate variability training, and light therapy. These modalities hum quietly beneath the surface, creating conditions for deep rest and renewal.

Whether you opt for Rest or NeuroRegulation, you can choose to book a public session (Quiet Companion Session), a private session just for yourself (Solitude Private Session), or a private session of yourself and up to 3 guests (Private Companion Ritual).

NeuroRegulation

Like the river reshapes stone, the brain too can carve new pathways towards ease.

For those seeking deeper support, NeuroRegulation sessions build on the Relaxation experience by layering in advanced neurotechnology tools. These may include neurofeedback, brainwave entrainment, vagal nerve toning, biofeedback, HRV or breath training, and cognitive retraining.

Designed to gently interrupt chronic stress patterns and support new neural pathways, these sessions help the nervous system remember its natural rhythm of regulation and cultivate resilience.
